Curating and designing a spiritual coach's instagram

Worked with a spiritual coach to curate her social media and design her feed, her branding prototype and moodboard.

The client came to me with a desire to get her instagram profile designed. 

The client's requirements were simple. 
She wanted a feed that would look simple, spiritual with a hint of mysticism. She wanted a feed that communicated that it was uniquely hers. She wanted a unique design that would communicate her brand well.

The client wanted a feed that would look simple, spiritual with a hint of mysticism. She wanted a feed that communicated that it was uniquely hers. She wanted a unique design that would communicate her brand well. 

Branding the brand

Here is the brand design strategy that was developed for her clients to reach her goal.

a) Brand essence : empowering spiritual transformations. 
By focusing on empowering spiritual transformation, the brand essence conveys the coach's dedication to helping individuals achieve a deeper connection with themselves, others, and the universe. It reflects their belief in the power of personal growth and the transformative impact it can have on all aspects of life. Through their coaching and teachings, the spiritual coach inspires clients to embrace their spirituality, navigate life's challenges, and discover their true purpose and fulfillment.


b) Brand values :
Encouraging the clients to be true to themselves, the brand values deep compassion, authenticity, fostering deep connections whilst having an ethereal touch to it. The brand has a luxe mystical touch to it. 

Based on the information gathered on the brand's values and essence, we moved forward with the designing process.

Design process :


Brainstorming for ideas 
 
Aligning with the client's ideal for creating a brand that is intuitive, mystical, has a feminine essence and helps with a client's spiritual transformation by delivering value. So we developed a moodboard that the client approved of and to inspire our design process 

2. Coming up with a vision aligned color palette, fonts and elements. 

a)The client zero-ed in on using different shades of purple and pink to reflect her brand identity and using the visual elements of crystals, gold splatters, spiritual objects and 'ether' based visuals like holographic backgrounds and space based pictures. 

b) The fonts that were chosen were 
Playfair display ( for headings) as its a serif font which reflects a luxurious high end brand
Tan Bustier ( For some decorative posts/stories) which is artsy and gives a zesty 
Brittany ( for subheading texts ) which is a cursive, intuitive, feminine font, which looks great for spiritual coaches.

To solidify the idea of the client further, we created a mini branding kit. ( which I love to call the essence kit )
